Washing machine pulsator rollers
It is seldom that the rollers actually break off from the disk. Majority of times it is due to wear and tear. The nippers gets worn down due to continuing turning.
Unfortunately there's not much one can do to prevent this from happening but the goodness is one can replace these rollers
